Our Global Service Program
With our Global Service Program, users’ investments are protected with the assurance that their barcode label printers will remain in working condition. This program includes three different methods of service: On-Site Service, Return Printers to Depot, and Return Parts to Depot. We’ll cover more about On-Site Service in the next section.
The Global Service Program is an extension or enhancement of the original factory warranty. You can choose to extend the service based on the standard factory warranty with different time frame options available to protect your printers for more years. If you’re looking for top-to-bottom preventative care for your printer investment, this offers added peace of mind. You’ll also be happy to know our standard printer warranty is 2 years and our printhead warranty covers 1 year or 1 million inches (whichever comes first).
The Global Service Program provides a set of pre-determined, fixed-cost services and support to help you easily keep printers in proper working condition. We offer a full lineup contract duration of up to five years to enhance protection. It’s recommended that you choose and purchase the best service program for you when the printer is purchased. That way, you can enjoy the selected service at its best value.

On-Site Service for Easy Printer Maintenance
We understand the need for flexibility and how complex issues deserve simple answers. With TSC Printronix Auto ID’s On-Site Service, you receive a fast and convenient way to ensure that your printer operation will be up and running at all times. Our On-Site Service Programs are available around the world, with local support teams based in North America, Europe, and Asia. Our local technicians will travel to you for repairs to return the printer back to its optimal performance. Under this service agreement, all labor and travel for the repair are included.
Plus, the following are provided for TSC Printronix Auto ID printers at no additional cost:
- A service technician may arrive as soon as the next business day after a service call to most locations
- On-site response with parts readily available
- TSC Printronix Auto ID will cover ALL parts and labor
