2025 Official Terms and Conditions


SECTION 1 – PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

Promotion Period:

TSC Auto ID (TSC) Trade-In Program is for qualifying TSC and Printronix Auto ID new printer purchases between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

 

Qualifying Products:

  • TSC Trade-In Program applies to new qualified printer purchases and must be purchased through an authorized TSC Partner (reseller).
  • Purchases of refurbished, open box, demo units, or used printers are not eligible for trade-in.

 

Trade-In Printer:

  • Trade-in printer must be from the same printer class (i.e., similar printer specifications) as the printer purchased.
  • TSC Auto ID, Printronix Auto ID, or competitor printer must power up and include the printhead.

 

Offer Restrictions:

  • Rebate checks are for End-User purchases only. TSC Partners (Resellers) are not eligible to receive rebates.
  • Rebate payment is based on the number of qualifying printers purchased and number of qualifying printers returned. Returned printers received must be in the same printer class (i.e., similar printer specifications) as the printers purchased.
  • Both the Trade-In Application and printer return must be completed within 90 days of TSC Partner (Reseller) invoice date.
  • TSC Trade-In program may not be combined with any other offers, special pricing or promotion incentives provided by TSC to the TSC Partner.
  • It is the responsibility of the end user to verify the purchased products will qualify for the trade in program with the TSC Partner.
  • Applicable tax, if any, is the sole responsibility of the end-user customer.

Rebate Process:

  • End user must submit a completed Trade-In Application to tscservice@tscus.com and send in the qualified trade-in printer(s) to a TSC facility.
  • Any printers received for the trade-in program will become property of TSC and will not be returned.

Rebate Delivery:

TSC will issue a rebate check to the end user within 2 weeks after processing printer return and auditing printer claim.

 

Audit and Validation:

All transactions are subject to validation, and TSC reserves the right to audit and disqualify any transactions it deems invalid.

 

Program Modifications:

TSC reserves the right to change, cancel, modify, or end the TSC Trade-In Program at any time.

 

Geographic Eligibility:

TSC Trade-In Program is available to continental U.S. (no Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories) end users.


SECTION 2 – HOW TO APPLY

 

Step 1: Rebate Registration:
After purchasing a Qualified Product(s), submit a completed Trade-In Application with the following details:

  • End user company name and contact information
  • Trade-in printer(s) model name, qty, and serial numbers
  • Reseller’s name and contact information
  • Reseller’s invoice # with purchase date
  • Copy of Printer Invoice and Service Invoice (if applicable)
  • W-9 form

 

Step 2: Submit Your Claim:

  • Submit your Trade-In Application to tscservice@tscus.com.
  • Your rebate claim must be submitted within 90 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Once TSC has approved your application, you will receive an email with a RMA number and shipping instructions.

 

Step 3: Submit Trade-In Products:

  • After receiving your RMA, you must ship the qualifying Trade-In Products to the address specified in the RMA.
  • The trade-in units must be appropriately packaged; TSC is not responsible for damaged printers. TSC is not responsible for late or lost packages.
  • End user is responsible for shipping costs to a TSC facility.

SECTION 3 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Liability for Indirect Damages:
    Under no circumstance will TSC or its agents and contractors be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of business, revenue, goodwill, reputation, cost of replacement or cover, anticipated profits, contracts or opportunities, or other economic damage.
  • Maximum Liability:
    TSC’s aggregate liability for damages arising out of or related to TSC Trade-In Program will not exceed the amount of the rebates due under the official rules.
  • No Responsibility for Errors or Delays:
    TSC is not responsible for errors in any TSC Trade-In Program related materials, for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, or damaged materials or Qualifying Trade-In Products, or for incomplete or illegible registration.

SECTION 4 – DISPUTES

  • Governing Law:
    TSC Trade-In Program is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes arising from this Program will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts for Orange County, California.
