Discontinued Products
The date of end of support, service, and spare parts supply of discontinued products are listed below. TSC Auto ID provides a product support policy of five years, starting from the Product Discontinued Date. This policy is followed on a best-effort basis. However, the support period may occasionally be shortened if our suppliers discontinue sourcing essential parts. In such cases, we will make every effort to identify alternative solutions, though this cannot be guaranteed. If you are impacted, please contact your TSC Auto ID sales representative.
