There are 18 MH series 4-inch wide printer models available in our performance industrial printer lineup. This series offers print resolution at 203 dpi and print speeds up to 14 ips, 300 dpi resolution at print speeds up to 12 ips, and 600 dpi resolution which makes it ideal for printing very small 2D barcodes, graphics, fine print, and other ultra-high-resolution images. Multiple resolutions and the ability to print on a wide variety of labels, ranging from healthcare patient safety, electronics, and jewelry labeling to shipping and distribution labels, make the MH Series ideal for industrial duty printing.
The MH241 Series is TSC's mainstream industrial barcode label printer built upon the legacy of the MH240 Series. It brings new features to those looking for solutions to address evolving business challenges from growing production line demands to increasing operational complexities.
The MH240 Series features premium printhead technology, fast processor, and all the memory customers will need to print high-quality labels delivered at the fastest speeds.
Sophisticated TSC Sense Care
The TSC TPH Care Mechanism offers an advanced level of auto-detection ensuring real-time printhead health status, to monitor and prevent down. In addition, the MH241 series supports various media with a pre-printed black mark on top or bottom sides by user’s selection in the panel menu.
Dynamic Remote Printer Management
SOTI Connect and TSC Console provide enterprise remote printer management on multiple tasks to reduce maintenance costs and avoid downtime of business-critical devices.
Multi-Connectivity
The MH241 series offers GPIO to support common applicators and emulations along with an optional 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with Bluetooth 4.2 combo module.
Highly Adaptable to Various Media
MH241 printers can adapt to various media lengths and widths. With accurate printing positioning, the MH241 and MH241T are capable of peeling off minimum of 0.5-inch labels in length. Additionally, the mechanism for fine adjustment to avoid ribbon wrinkles and ensures label print quality.
Brilliant User Experience
The MH241T and MH241P can easily adjust the media near-end sensor to detect the media and remind users to change the media roll on color GUI display (Media near the end). The MH241 series allows users to easily replace printhead and platen roller without the need for specific tools.

What should I know before using the printer to print the labels?
1. Let your computer detect the printer or manually install the driver first.
2. Make sure the printer is powered on and connected. (wired connection user)
Why can't the driver wizard find my device? (USB interface)
1. Switch off the power and turn on again.
2. Computer might have detected the device already.
Why can't the printer detect the media type after calibration?
1. Media should be loaded and located correctly before calibration (check if the media is above the sensor)
2. Wrong media type might have been used.
Why can’t I use printer through Ethernet?
Please make sure the Ethernet cable and the printer are well connected and lights are flashing.
Why is my Bartender unable to print the label?
1. Check that the printer is powered on.
2. Check that the driver is correct.
3. Check that the printer and port is correct.
Why is there a wrinkle on my printout?
1. Inspect the print head mechanism and make sure the pressure is even.
2. Use the correct ribbon and the ribbon’s width should not be much wider than the label.
